I might have a rotator cuff tear. Should I keep my arm in a sling until I can go to the doctor? - rotator cuff tear symptoms more condition_symptoms
I was injured during training - I P90X chest and back routine, pop and felt something in my shoulder. It was very painful, but it was a little better, day after about 10 minutes.
Then about a week and a half later I had managed to break up a brawl between two large breed dogs, and I felt a range of persistent organic pollutants, followed by acute and rapid. I had an x-ray, and it is not broken. I have to find another doctor (it's a long story that I do not see coming) what is the problem. For now I still have as healthy as possible to avoid further injury.
Symptoms: see pain in the supraspinatus (link), pain in the side of the shoulder in the production, nerve pain (slain My Funny Bone constant), range of motion limited (can not get back, or up to an angle of 45 degrees). All the symptoms are constant, about 8 on a scale of 1-10, with occasional spikes up to 9 on the scale.
Should I continue in a scarf? Or you can be, and not simply increase Anythingng? I have a sling, and if I stop the pain increased a bit in a few minutes.
