A number of states have reciprocal agreements with other, that is, a valid firearms license for a state, legal and acceptable in another and vice versa.
I assume that your issue carried the state of Texas, on this basis:
"Both Texas and Pennsylvania, has signed a reciprocal agreement, namely, their weapons in Texas, Pennsylvania, a valid license.
"Since 2005, is a reciprocity agreement between Texas and Ohio, are still pending.
- Indiana honors them the right permits were issued by another state. "
(see http://www.in.gov/isp/faq/index.html)
Honors Missouri ID card, issued by Texas.
"Arkansas has a reciprocity agreement with Texas.
"Oklahoma has entered into a reciprocity agreement with Texas
Have, on the basis of this information, the only state that does not appear on a current reciprocal agreement with Texas, Ohio (pending since 2005).
Also note that despite an agreement of reciprocity means that you can carry a concealed weapon in the condition of reciprocity, which may affect the state project dlen on where the limits to (your weapon, for example, some states where a concealed weapon, you can have a ban, you will be limiting) a concealed weapon for a move or a very crowded field. You should consult the Office of the Attorney General of the individual states to ensure that only apply additional restrictions.
Please also check the links in the "Sources" below.
Contact the sheriff's office in each State, a sheriff said, you already know the state laws in some states of the firearm must be locked in the trunk and ammunition on the shelf of Ohio, have permits to carry a hidden now, so
From what I understand, each state has its own rules and does not recognize permits from other states. As the speed limits and regulations bealt seats, etc. .. varies from state to state.
